Field Trips & Visits
Country Critters Farm is the perfect place to bring the kids out for a day of affordable fun! Schools, daycares, moms clubs, church groups, and parents all enjoy a day at the farm. Bring the kids out for an unforgettable, educational, and fun experience.
FUN ON THE FARM
This field trip is our basic visit
that we offer year round. This visit includes:
PETER RABBIT TRAIL
This visit includes everything included
in the Fun on the Farm visit, plus a trip
trough the Peter Rabbit Trail. The Peter
Rabbit Trail is a quest that we lead the kids on
to find Peter Rabbit. The kids follow Peter
Rabbit's footprints that lead us through his
vegetable garden, giant eggs, the bird and
butterfly garden, and finally to Peter Rabbit
himself. The kids learn about gardens, insects,
birds, and of corse, rabbits! Peter Rabbit also
has prizes for each kid. This package is
offered in the Spring time, around Easter.
Please see dates above.
THE PUMPKIN PATCH
This field trip includes everything
included in the Fun on the Farm
field trip ( pony rides excluded on weekday visits), plus a trip to a real pumpkin patch. Kids pick a pie size pumpkin, and decorate it with markers. Adults also get a pumpkin. Then it's off to the story teller to hear great harvest and fall time stories, while enjoying a
cookie and applejuice. Adults are offered home-made pumpkin bread.
The pumpkin patch starts late
September and runs through mid-
November. This is our most popular
field trip, so please call early to book, if you wish to book on a weekday!
Please see the dates above.
A COUNTRY CHRISTMAS
A Country Christmas includes
everything included in the Fun on
Farm visit plus kids get to decorate
their own Christmas cookies. The
kids also get to have story time with
Mrs. Claus. Also enjoy the Christmas
carroling hay ride, and the candy cane
maze. Santa may make suprise visits when he is not too busy in the North Pole! This package runs in December.
